Gunmen Raid UNTH, Seize Deputy Director And Security Guard

Unknown gunmen launched an attack on the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH), Ituku Ozalla in Enugu State, on Tuesday, March 12, abducting a female deputy director and a security officer……READ ALSO Gunmen Storm Kaduna Mosque, Fatally Shoot Worshipers

The assailants, suspected to be kidnappers, fled the hospital premises with the abducted deputy director and security officer, whom they coerced into their vehicle. Hospital staff reported that the director was followed to the hospital around 9 a.m. on Tuesday by the gunmen, who fired shots at her SUV.

A video circulating on social media purportedly shows a Toyota SUV believed to belong to the abducted director.

As of now, the state police command has not issued any statement regarding this incident.
