During a briefing with journalists, CP Abdullahi underscored the command’s commitment to providing robust security measures throughout the Eid festivities, ensuring the safety and security of all citizens.

The deployment of various police units, including Conventional/Mobile Policemen, State Intelligence Department Operatives, Explosive Ordinance Disposal Personnel, Traffic Wardens, and logistical support, has been orchestrated to safeguard Eid/Durba Grounds, recreational centers, parks, malls, and other vulnerable areas across all 27 local government areas in the state.

CP Abdullahi reiterated the readiness of the command to collaborate closely with other security agencies and key stakeholders to guarantee a peaceful and seamless celebration. He also pledged swift action against any individuals seeking to disrupt the festivities or endanger public safety.

Encouraging vigilance among the public, CP Abdullahi urged citizens to promptly report any suspicious activities or individuals to the nearest police station or security agencies for immediate intervention.
