Marital Turmoil Unveiled: Wife Accuses Husband Of Womanizing In Court Drama

In a dramatic courtroom showdown, Mrs. Jane Ebi, a businesswoman, confronted her husband, Monday, before a Customary Court in Jikwoyi, near Abuja, with explosive accusations of his alleged womanizing tendencies.

With divorce on her mind, Jane painted a damning picture of her husband, labeling him as hot-tempered, wicked, and habitually intoxicated, with a penchant for pursuing various women or anything “under the skirt.”

The petitioner further claimed that her safety was at risk, accusing her husband of attempting to eliminate her. She lamented his habit of spending nights away from their marital home, allegedly in the company of younger women, leaving her and their children vulnerable.

“I have exhausted all efforts to reform the respondent from this lifestyle, but he remains obstinate. It is on these grounds that I seek to dissolve our marriage,” she declared.

However, Monday, a driver by profession, vehemently refuted all allegations leveled against him.

In the midst of this marital turmoil, Presiding Judge Doocivir Yawe urged the estranged couple to consider reconciliation, deferring the case until March 7 for a potential settlement update or further hearing.
