NEWS FLASH: Senegalese President, Faye, Meets Tinubu At Aso Rock

President Bola Tinubu is currently hosting the newly inaugurated President of Senegal, Bassirou Diomaye Faye, at the State House in Abuja…..read also Senegal’s President Faye Appoints 25 Ministers To Form New Government

The meeting is reported to be a courtesy visit by Faye, the latest addition to the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Authority of Heads of State and Government.

Faye, who took office on April 2, 2024, arrived at the forecourt of the State House at approximately 3:00 pm and was welcomed by the military band.

Following the formalities, he was escorted to the President’s office for a private discussion with Tinubu.
