Adunni Ade Moves To Sue Blog Over Alleged Baby Father Claim

According to IReporter Online, Nollywood actress Adunni Ade has threatened legal action against an Instagram blog over what she described as a false and misleading report concerning comments about her children’s father. The actress accused the platform of deliberately merging two separate posts and comments to distort her original statement and create a fabricated narrative.

The controversy reportedly stemmed from a TikTok interaction in which Ade responded to a fan who praised her for maintaining privacy about her personal life. However, she later expressed outrage after the exchange was circulated online, alleging that the blog misrepresented her words.

Ade further claimed that the platform has engaged in persistent harassment, ridicule, and defamation against her for over a decade, despite previous warnings issued to stop such conduct. She stated that she has gathered substantial evidence and is prepared to pursue the matter in court.

The mother of three also accused the blog of profiting from her name over the years, insisting that it should be made to pay royalties for using her identity for content generation. She maintained that she is calm but firm in her approach to legal matters, stressing that due process will be strictly followed.

In a strongly worded reaction, Ade said the blog would be required to justify in court why unrelated posts were combined to form a misleading story, adding that she had given several warnings, including one as recent as last year. She also noted that although the post was later deleted, she had already secured evidence for legal proceedings.

The actress further reacted to commentary from an AI-generated social media account, warning that such engagements would also be considered in her legal case. She reiterated her readiness to pursue compensation, stating that those involved would “run the cheque” when the matter reaches court.
