According to Ireporter Online, Nigerian comedian and actor Funnybone has advised women who feel uncertain about relationships and marriage not to allow negative stories circulating on social media to shape their perception of men. In a post shared via his Instagram page, the comedian urged women to be more intentional about the type of content they consume online, stressing the importance of curating their digital feeds to avoid constant exposure to narratives that promote fear, resentment, pain, and distrust.

He noted that the experiences of others should not be used as a universal standard for judging men who have not yet been part of one’s personal life, warning that excessive engagement with negative relationship content can distort mindset and create unnecessary anxiety around love and commitment. Funnybone further encouraged women to focus on content that supports personal development, emotional healing, self-awareness, and maturity, adding that a healthier online environment can positively influence how people view relationships. He maintained that individuals can still have beautiful and different experiences in love, regardless of what they see online, urging them to remain hopeful and open-minded about their personal journeys.
