The corps member, in a viral TikTok video, lamented the rising cost of food and transportation, calling out the government for not addressing the economic hardship. She described Tinubu as a “terrible person” and urged Nigerians to speak up against poor governance.

Following her remarks, she alleged that the NYSC management in Lagos had threatened her.

Reacting on social media, Macaroni warned NYSC officials against intimidating the corps member, emphasizing that she had the right to express her views. “The president is in office to serve the people, and every Nigerian, corper or not, has the right to hold their leaders accountable,” he stated.

Sowore also defended the corps member, arguing that her statement was a fact, not an insult. He further criticized the NYSC, claiming that the scheme had outlived its usefulness.
