Nigerians React As Popular Actor Hanks-Anuku Reveals He Speaks 7-Languages (Text)
Veteran Nollywood actor Hanks Anuku has revealed his fluency in seven languages: French, Italian, Dutch, English, Hausa, Yoruba, and Igbo. In a recent interview with content creator Lucky Udu, Anuku attributed his multilingualism to his upbringing abroad and extensive travels.
“I grew up in Europe and the United States, especially in England. I spent more time in England than in the States, and other countries like Italy as well. I travelled a lot,” he explained. “I speak Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa, Italian, French, Dutch, and English.”
