State Governor Siminalayi Fubara to undermine President Bola Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general elections.

In an interview with Daily Post, factional Publicity Secretary Chibuike Ikenga claimed that Amaechi was collaborating with Atiku and Governor Fubara to destabilize the APC in Rivers State, using judicial maneuvers.

However, in a statement released on Monday, Darlington Nwauju, the Publicity Secretary under Beke’s leadership, vehemently refuted these allegations, calling them baseless and malicious.

Nwauju stated, “The claims by Chibuike Ikenga are nothing more than fabricated tales aimed at tarnishing the reputation of former Governor Amaechi and sowing discord between Governor Fubara and President Tinubu. These accusations have no factual basis and are solely intended to serve political agendas.”

He added, “Political jobbers like Ikenga have previously used blackmail to secure government appointments. Their latest attempt to link Amaechi to supposed nocturnal plots is another desperate attempt to maintain relevance and undermine our party’s unity.”

Nwauju further emphasized that the truth will ultimately prevail over false narratives, asserting, “No matter how quickly lies spread, the truth will always catch up.”
