Tinubu Applauds Release Of Abducted Kaduna Schoolchildren, Advocates Collaborative Security Measures

The Kaduna State Government recently announced the release of the 287 schoolchildren abducted from Kuriga, Chikun Local Government Area, Kaduna State.
Governor Uba Sani, in a statement, conveyed the joyful news, extending gratitude to President Tinubu for prioritizing the safety and security of Nigerians, specifically ensuring the safe return of the abducted Kuriga school children. Sani also acknowledged the President’s continuous support and commitment throughout the ordeal.
In response, President Tinubu, through his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, commended the National Security Adviser, Security Agencies, and the Kaduna State Government for their prompt and diligent response to the situation. Tinubu stressed the importance of immediate action, careful attention, and unwavering dedication in resolving mass abductions effectively.
Furthermore, President Tinubu welcomed the release of pupils from a Tsangaya school in Sokoto State, praising all parties involved for their brave efforts.
In conclusion, the President reassured Nigerians of his administration’s dedication to implementing comprehensive strategies aimed at safeguarding schools as secure learning environments, free from the threat of abductions.
