Nigerians React As Governor-Sule Celebrates Nasarawa-United’s Promotion To NPFL (Text)

Nasarawa United has been congratulated by the state government for securing promotion to the Nigeria Premier Football League.

The Solid Miners finished as runners-up at the just concluded Nigeria National League Super Eight playoff in Enugu.

The state governor Abdullahi Sule expressed appreciation for the team’s promotion.

“Congratulations, the hottest boys in the League of the best. You(Nasarawa United) remain my Champions,” he stated in his message.

“Thank you for the marvellous outing. You made us all proud and there’s no ambiguity nor grammar about that; the most important thing is we are back to the Premier League and we are grateful to the Almighty God, our team, and fans. Up Nasarawa United!!!!!!!.

“We await to give you a hero’s welcome.”
