Despite not securing victories at the prestigious awards ceremony, Sanwo-Olu acknowledged and praised the nominated artists for their exceptional hard work, dedication, and undeniable talent. David Adeleke (Davido), Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu (Burna Boy), Ahmed Ololade (Asake), Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe (Ayra Starr), and Olamide Gbenga Adedeji (Olamide Badoo) had all earned nominations for the 66th Grammy Awards.
